Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 250 gr am brown rice flour
- 240 ml water
- 45 ml honey
- 32 gr potato starch
- 28 gr non-alum baking powder
- 30 ml am unrefined vegetable oil
- 1 gr sea salt
Mix dry ingredients and liquid ingredients separately; then combine both mixtures. Pour into oiled and floured 10 cm x 20 cm loaf pan and bake 45-50 minutes at 180ÂșC . Let cool completely in pan.
