Ingredients
- 2 onions
- 1 ham
- 1,500 gr italian stewed tomatoes
- 210 gr froz chpd broccoli
- 55 gr parmesan
- 30 ml olive oil
- 4 gr oregano
- 2 gr rosemary
- 2 packages beans (white)
- some garlic
Saute onion and garlic in oil in soup pot. Add tomatoes and spices; simmer 5-10 mins. Add beans and broccoli; bring to boil; reduce heat, simmer 5 mins. Add Parmesan just before serving. Serve with garlic bread
