Ingredients
- 2 garlic (cloves)
- 120 ml yogurt (plain)
- 30 ml lime juice
- 30 ml lemon juice
- 6 gr salt
- 2 gr ginger root
- 1 gr cumin seeds
- 1 gr coriander
- 1 gr turmeric
- 1 gr cayenne pepper
- 1 gr pepper (freshly ground)
- 1 gr cinnamon (ground)
Sprinkle the food to be marinated with lemon and lime juice. Combine the remaining ingredients in the container of a food processor. Process until smooth. Makes about 0.75 cup
