Ingredients
- 2 lecithin
- 2 egg (white)
- 375 gr unbleached bread flour
- 180 ml warm milk
- 85 gr raisins
- 38 gr sugar
- 38 ml extra-virgin olive oil
- 3 gr salt
- 2 gr rosemary leaves
- 1 package dry yeast (active)
I adapted this from the Sunset Italian cookbook. It came out just fine in the DAK. The original recipe calls for more olive oil ( quarter C) if you are not watching fats, I bet it is wonderful that way.Cook on white bread setting.
