- 40 gr oat flour
- 40 gr buckwheat flour
- 32 gr barley malt syrup
- 16 gr gluten flour
Rosemary
- 2 lecithin
- 2 egg (white)
- 375 gr unbleached bread flour
- 180 ml warm milk
- 85 gr raisins
- 38 gr sugar
- 38 ml extra-virgin olive oil
- 3 gr salt
- 2 gr rosemary leaves
- 1 package dry yeast (active)
