Ingredients
- 250 gr almonds
- 14 gr butter
- 2 gr rosemary leaves
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr cayenne
Preheat oven to 180ºC (moderate). Mix all ingredients in a shallow pan. Roast for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned. Drain on absorbent paper; cool. Calories per tablespoon: About 55
