Ingredients
- 6 carrots
- 4 lemons
- 3 stalks celery
- 1 head of cabbage
- 1 onion
- 1 egg
- 425 gr hamburger
- 350 ml tomato juice
- 200 gr sugar
- 200 gr sugar in skille to cabbage roll mixture (heavy)
- 60 ml water
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr pepper
- 2 slices bread
- 2 packages tomatoes
- some meat misture on leaf
This recipe says sauce pan but I used a 33 cm cake pan. It doesn't specify degrees, so I picked 350. ??? The cake pan holds the rolls and then the carrots and celery can be decorative by laying them horizontally, alternating. It makes a pretty dish. And it is good. Well worth the effort.
