• 1 onion (diced)
• 1/2 head of cabbage (shredded)
• 1/2 bag spinach leaves coarsely (shredded)
• 1,400 ml water
• 500 gr kidney beans (red)

Red Cabbage And Red Bean Soup

• 3 garlic (cloves)
• 1 onion (red)
• 1 bay leaf
• 1 parsnip
• 1 carrot
• 1 stalk celery
• 1 suggested garnishes parsley (chopped)
• 1/2 head of cabbage
• 1/8 liquid smoke
• 475 ml water

Rice, Cabbage & Spaghetti Sauce Casserole

• 1 head of cabbage
• 1 favorite spaghetti -sauce
• 240 ml water
• 120 gr rice
• 85 gr mushrooms (sliced)
