- 950 ml water
- 375 gr rutabagas
- 140 gr potatoes
- 110 gr dark corn syrup
- 80 ml whipping cream
- 65 gr all purpose flour
- 55 gr butter
- 55 gr bread crumbs
- 7 gr butter
- 3 gr salt
- 1 gr allspice (ground)
- 1 gr nutmeg (ground)
- 1 gr ginger (ground)
- 1 gr pepper (white)
bowl, beat potato mixture on high speed, adding half cup of cooking liquid. Beat in flour, bread crumbs, cream, syrup, quarter cup melted butter, eggs, salt, allspice, nutmeg, ginger and white pepper. Beat until light and fluffy. Spoon into prepared casserole dish. Use a spoon to smooth top. Drizzle with 3 tablespoons melted butter. Bake, uncovered,
1.5-2 hours or until lightly browned.
