Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 325 gr chocolate chips
- 300 gr sugar (white)
- 280 gr flour
- 150 gr peanut butter
- 95 gr shortening
- 30 ml milk
- 5 gr baking soda
- 4 gr vanilla
- 1 gr salt
Beat peanut butter, shortening and sugar in large bowl until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in milk and vanilla. Add dry ingredients and chips. Mix well. Drop dough by teaspoon on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 190ÂșC or 11 to 13 minutes.
