Ingredients
- 600 gr smoked salmon
- 240 ml sour cream
- 230 ml cream cheese
- 30 gr onion (chopped)
- 16 ml lemon juice
- 3 gr salt
- 3 gr pepper
- 1 gr tarragon
Salmon Cheese Ball xxxxxx xxxxxx xxxx Finely flake smoked salmon. Blend together with remaining ingredients. Shape into ball. Roll in chopped nuts or parsley if desired. Serve with crackers. This salmon ball freezes beautifully.
