Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 sauerkraut
- 1 coconut for frosting
- 250 gr flour
- 200 gr sugar
- 180 ml water
- 95 gr shortening
- 80 gr powdered milk
- 60 ml sour cream
- 16 gr cocoa
- 9 gr baking powder
- 5 gr baking soda
- 4 gr vanilla
- 3 gr salt
Combine sugar and cocoa. Add dry ingredients and shortening, blending in shortening. Add sauerkraut, sour cream, vanilla, eggs and water. Beat about 3 minutes. Bake in greased and floured 9 x 13 pan at 180ÂșC for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool. Frost with Chocolate frosting and sprinkle with coconut.
