- 1 loaf bread
- 1 green onion
- 1 tin salad shrimp
- 1 tin of crabmeat for salad shrimp if desired
- 1/2 lemon
- 180 ml milk
- 110 gr butter
- 60 gr swiss cheese
- 16 gr flour
- 14 gr butter
- 10 ml lemon juice
- 1 gr parsley
- 2 slices rounds from bread
and bubbly. Bake frozen croustades at 200ºC for 15 minutes. Quantity will vary from 3 to 4 dozen depending upon pan sizes and desired size.
