Ingredients
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 rice
- 250 gr shrimp
- 60 ml oil
- 45 ml lemon juice
- 3 gr salt
- 3 gr parsley
- 2 ml dry mustard
- 1 gr pepper
Combine garlic, salt, mustard, pepper, parsley, lemon juice, and oil for marinade. Add shrimp to marinade and marinate for 2 hours. Broil, brushing with marinade 10 cm from heat until done. Serve with rice. From "A Taste of Indiana" formatted by Mary Dishongh Bowles.
