- 500 gr scallops
- 280 ml cream mushroom soup
- 60 ml sherry
- 40 gr mushrooms (canned)
- 1 gr tarragon
Bread crumbs (topping) Grated cheese (topping) Combine all ingredients except toppings, cutting large scallops in half, and place on individual baking shells or a shallow rectangular casserole dish. Sprinkle with medium layers of bread crumbs and grated cheese. Bake at 180ÂșC or 1 hour. Mrs. Robert F. Lewis
