- 375 gr chocolate chunks
- 150 gr walnuts
- 130 gr all purpose flour
- 110 gr butter
- 110 gr packed brown sugar (light)
- 100 gr granulated sugar
- 75 gr smooth peanut butter
- 4 gr vanilla
- 2 gr baking soda
Recipe by: Family Circle 0. 911854103343.47 Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Lightly grease 2 baking sheets. Combine flour and baking soda. Beat butter, peanut butter, granulated and brown sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla. Stir in flour mixture, walnuts and chocolate. Drop 2 tablespoons batter per cookie on prepared sheets, spacing 5 cm apart. Bake in preheated 325 degree oven 15 to 17 minutes or until golden brown around edges. Cool on sheets, 3 minutes. Transfer to racks to cool. ----
