- 1/4 seasoned croutons (crushed)
- 180 gr spaghetti squash (cooked)
- 120 ml sour cream
- 85 gr mushrooms (sliced fresh)
- 45 gr butter
- 30 gr leeks (chopped)
- 30 gr swiss cheese (shredded)
- 26 gr celery (chopped)
- 26 gr sweet pepper (chopped red)
- 5 gr parsley (finely chopped fresh)
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr seasoned pepper
- 1 gr garlic powder
- 4 slices chicken breasts (boneless)
-( half cup) Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add mushrooms and next 4 ingredients. Cook, stirring constantly for 5 mins or until tender. Add spaghetti squash and next 6 ingredients, cook 4 mins, stirring constantly. Stir in sour cream, cook, stirring constantly, just until thoroughly heated. Remove from heat. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and let stand for 1 minute. To bake, prepare mixture according to directions and spoon into a lightly greased
1.5 quart casserole dish. Cover and bake at 180ÂșC or 20-25 mins.
