Ingredients
- 450 gr butter crackers (crushed)
- 150 gr instant rice (uncooked)
- 120 ml milk
- 110 gr cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 75 gr butter
- 60 gr pasteurized process cheese
- 2 packages cream of mushroom soup
- 1 package french onions (fried)
Heat oven to 350'F. In bowl, combine soup, milk, and cheese spread. In large bowl, combine vegetables, SPAM, rice, cheese, and onions; stir in soup mixture. Pour into 13x9 inch baking pan. Combine crackers and melted butter; sprinkle over casserole. Bake 50-55 minutes or until hot.
