Ingredients
- 9 pie shell unbaked
- 1 rhubarb (cut)
- 270 gr sugar
- 150 gr strawberries
- 45 gr butter
- 40 gr flour
- 28 gr tapioca
- 2 gr nutmeg
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr cinnamon
Combine sugar, tapioca, salt and nutmeg. Add rhubarb and strawberries; mix to c oat the fruit. Let stand about 20 minutes. Put into pie shell.
For topping: Combine topping ingredients, cutting in butter until mixture is crumbly. Sprink le on top of pie filling. Bake at 200ÂșC or 35 to 40 minutes.
