Ingredients
- 2 loaves bread dough thaw (frozen)
- 1/4 bologna
- 1/4 salami (hard)
- 400 ml pizza sauce divide
- 110 gr ham
- 65 gr pepperoni
- 60 gr swiss cheese
- 55 gr mozzarella cheese
- 34 gr green pepper (chop)
- 30 gr onion (chop)
- 28 gr butter melt
- 2 gr oregano (dried)
- 1 gr basil (dried)
- 1 gr garlic powder
- 1 gr pepper
Let dough rise in a warm place until doubled. Punch down. Roll loaves together into one 15x12 inch rectangle. Layer ham and pepperoni on half of the dough (lengthwise). Sprinkle with onion and green pepper. Top with quarter c of pizza sauce. Layer mozzarella, bologna, salami and Swiss cheese over sauce. Sprinkle with basil, oregano, garlic powder and pepper. Spread another quarter c of pizza sauce on top. Fold plain half of dough over filling and seal edges well. Place on an ungreased 15x10x1 inch baking pan. Bake at 190ÂșC for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown. Brush with melted butter. Heat the remaining pizza sauce and serve with sliced stromboli.
