Ingredients

- 2 tbs sugar
- 2 lon place on on ungreased cookie (inches apart)
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 egg (slightly beaten white)
- 130 gr all purpose flour
- 110 gr butter
- 65 gr sugar
- 65 gr sugar
- 60 gr blanched almonds
- 26 gr sugar
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr almond extract
sheet. Bake at 180ºC or 14-15 minutes. Cool 5 minutes before removing. Makes 3 dozen sticks. JM ----
