- 2,600 gr muffin stir corn bread mix
- 450 gr corn bread mix
- 180 ml water
- 55 gr packed brown sugar
- 38 gr granulated sugar
- 28 gr butter
- 1 gr cinnamon (ground)
Bake until golden brown, 15 to 20 minutes. Mix granulated sugar and cinnamon; dip tops of muffins into butter, then into sugar-cinnamon mixture. 1 dozen muffins.
