Ingredients
- 2 lemons
- 1 mint sprigs for (garnish)
- 600 gr strawberries hulled (fresh)
- 475 ml water
- 120 ml orange juice (fresh)
- 120 ml buttermilk
- 75 ml yogurt (plain)
- 55 gr brown sugar (optional)
- 1 gr mint (chopped fresh)
In a stainless-steel or enameled saucepan, combine everytning but the yogurt and the mint garnish. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer gently for 10 minutes. Cool slightly, then puree in a blender or food processor, and chill thoroughly. Before serving, swirl 1 tablespoon yogurt through each portion and garnish with mint sprigs.
