Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 yolk
- 1 almonds
- 1/2 margerine
- 1/4 at a time
- 250 gr sugar
- 220 gr flour
- 7 gr baking powder
- 2 gr lemon peel (grated)
- 1 gr cinnamon
Place cookies on greased cookie sheet 3 cm apart. Brush with slightly beaten reserved egg white. Combine quarter c sugar, cinnamon and cloves. Sprinkle over cookes. Press 1 almond firmly into each cookie. Bake at 180ÂșC or 8-10 minutes. ----
