Ingredients
- 6 threads saffron
- 300 ml water warmed
- 190 gr bread flour
- 130 gr wheat flour (whole)
- 75 gr currants
- 65 gr oat blend flour
- 38 gr date sugar
- 28 gr canola
- 16 gr dry yeast (active)
- 16 ml dry milk
- 4 gr sea salt
Add ingred. to machine per your instructions except the currants. Add the currants at the "beep". Program for WHOLE WHEAT mode. In my ABM100, I used the WHITE BREAD cycle.
