- 450 gr beef (ground)
- 425 ml pineapple chunks in juice
- 100 gr sugar
- 45 ml vinegar
- 32 gr cornstarch divided
- 16 ml vegetable oil
- 16 ml soy sauce
- 8 gr cornstarch
- 7 gr onion (dried chopped)
- 3 gr salt
- 1 gr black pepper
Variation: substitute ground turkey for ground beef.
