- 130 gr bulgur wheat
- 120 ml lemon juice
- 50 gr parsley
- 60 ml olive oil
- 2 gr mint
- 1 gr mint
- some green onions
- some place bulgur in a bowl
Drain well in a fine strainer. Return bulgur to the bowl and add all other ingredients; mix well. Chill for 2 hours.
