Ingredients
- 8 mint leaves (fresh)
- 3 coriander leaves u (cut)
- 1 stalk of lemon grass in (cut)
- 1 dry galanga
- 1 green onion (cut into)
- 1 pcs
- 1 tomato up (fresh cut)
- 1 green chili pepper (fresh sliced)
- 1/2 chinese straw mushroom
- 1,200 ml water
- 210 gr cubed chicken breast
- 10 ml lemon juice (fresh)
- 1 gr cayenne pepper (ground red)
Directions: In a med sauce pan, cook chicken in boiling water for 10 minutes. Add lemon grass and galanga and cook 7-8 minutes longer. Add remaining ingredients EXCEPT for the mint leaves and lemon juice, and simmer on low heat about 1520 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in lemon juice. Sprinkle with mints. Serve hot with rice.
