Ingredients
- 425 ml milk
- 120 gr cottage cheese
- 110 gr cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 110 gr buttered bread crumbs
- 20 gr parmesan cheese (grated)
- 9 gr butter
- 5 gr onion (chopped)
- 5 gr flour
- 2 ml dry mustard
- 1 gr pepper
Cook macaroni according to package direction. In saucepan saute onion in butter until tender. Stir in flour, mustard and pepper: cook 1 minute. Blendin milk; cook stirring constantly, until thickened. Add cheddar, cottage and parmesan cheeses; stir until melted. Combine macaroni and sauce mixture; mix well. Por into 8 cup (2L) baking dish. Top with bread crumbs. Bake at 180ÂșC aboyt 30 minutes.
