Ingredients
- 12 bag semisweet choc chips
- 4 bars broken up
- 900 gr sugar
- 550 gr coarsely nuts (chopped)
- 500 gr germans sweet chocolate
- 375 ml evaporated milk
- 300 ml marshmallow cream
- 260 ml milk chocolate
- 110 gr butter
- 9 gr vanilla
- 3 gr salt
-toasted In six quart Dutch oven, combine sugar, salt, butter and milk. Bring to simmer, stirring constantly, over medium heat. As soon as first bubble is seen, boil mixture exactly eight minutes. Remove from heat immediately. Quickly stir in remaining ingredients. Blend thoroughly. Pour into two oiled 13 x 23 cm pans. Cover with foil and refrigerate until firm. Slice as desired. Bring to room temperature before serving for fullest flavor. Store in refrigerator or freezer.
