Ingredients
- 2 garlic (cloves)
- 30 ml olive oil
- 18 gr chives (finely chopped fresh)
- 16 ml balsamic vinegar
- 3 gr parsley (finely chopped fresh)
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr pepper (freshly ground)
- 6 slices potatoes
