Ingredients
- 9 pastry shell
- 4 eggs (beaten)
- 1 pecan (halves)
- 325 gr corn syrup (light)
- 190 gr chocolate melted (white)
- 130 gr sugar
- 45 gr butter melted
- 16 gr chocolate extract
- 14 gr vanilla
Combine first eight ingredients, beat with an electric mixer until blended. Stir pecans and almonds into mixture. Pour mixture into pastry shell. Bake at 180ÂșC or 50-55 minutes.
