Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 450 gr flour
- 230 gr butter
- 220 gr brown sugar
- 240 ml oil
- 200 gr sugar
- 160 gr rolled oats
- 150 gr cornflakes (crushed)
- 65 gr pecans (chopped)
- 40 gr coconut (shredded)
- 5 ml soda
- 4 gr vanilla
- 3 gr salt
Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add egg and mix well. Add oil and mix well. Add oats, cornflakes, coconut, pecans and vainlla. Add flour, soda and salt. Form int 3 cm balls. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Flatten with a glass dipped in sugar. Bake at 180ÂșC or 10 min. Cool on cookie sheets for a few seconds before removing. ----
