Ingredients
- 2 yams
- 1/4 walnut (pieces)
- 110 gr california figs (dried)
- 55 gr margarine
- 30 ml honey
- 2 gr orange peel (grated)
- 2 slices oranges
Arrange yam slices, oranges and figs in an 20 cm round baking pan. Sprinkle with walnuts. Combine melted margarine, honey and orange peel. Pour over all. Cover with foil; bake in a 180ÂșC . oven for 30 minutes, until bubbly.
