Creamy Chicken Curry
- 3 eggs (hard boiled)
- 2 garlic (cloves)
- 1 kg chicken (pieces)
- 1 onion
- 1 cm ginger
- 1 chilli powder
- 1 lime
- 1 corainder
- 240 ml cream
- 18 gr ghee
Lamb Roghan
- 1 1/2 chilli flakes
- 1 kg lamb (boneless)
- 3/4 yoghurt (plain)
- 240 ml water
- 120 ml cream
- 12 gr ghee
- 9 gr garam masala
- 5 gr almond flakes (toasted)
- 2 gr coriander seeds
- 2 gr ginger (grated)
