- 1 1/2 chilli flakes
- 1 kg lamb (boneless)
- 3/4 yoghurt (plain)
- 240 ml water
- 120 ml cream
- 12 gr ghee
- 9 gr garam masala
- 5 gr almond flakes (toasted)
- 2 gr coriander seeds
- 2 gr ginger (grated)
