• 1/2 chilli powder
• 1/2 amchoor
• 3 gr salt
• 1 gr pepper

• 3 baking potatoes
• 3 cilantro (finely minced)
• 1 in their peels (whole)
• 1 size onion
• 45 ml water
• 30 gr amchoor
• 16 gr ginger (grated fresh)
• 2 gr coriander (ground)
• 2 gr garam masala
• 2 gr cumin (ground)

Very Spicy Delicious Chickpeas

• 8 garlic (cloves)
• 2 onions
• 1 green chili (fresh hot)
• 1 lime
• 1 amchoor (ground)
• 950 gr chickpeas (canned)
• 900 gr home chickpeas (cooked)
• 75 ml vegetable oil
• 60 gr ripe tomatoes (red)
• 16 ml lemon juice
