- 500 gr sifted flour
- 475 ml water
- 400 gr sugar
- 140 gr shortening
- 28 gr baking soda
- 3 gr cinnamon (ground)
- 3 gr salt
- 1 gr nutmeg (ground)
Apricot Fruitcake
- 4 egg yolks
- 4 egg whites
- 1 water to cover
- 1 mixed candied fruit
- 3/8 candied cherries (sliced)
- 270 gr apricots in (dried cut pieces)
- 250 gr flour
- 200 gr sugar
- 170 gr butter
- 170 gr golden raisins
