• 4 tomatoes skinned
• 2 onions (chopped)
• 2 bell pepper seeded
• 2 stalks celery (chopped)
• 1 egg plant (cut into)
• 475 gr rice (cooked white optional)
• 240 ml dry wine (white)
• 60 ml olive oil
