- 110 gr smoked mozzarella cheese
- 100 gr mushrooms (fresh)
- 70 gr shitake mushrooms
- 28 gr butter
- 10 gr grates asiago
- 8 gr garlic (minced fresh)
- 8 gr flat-leaf (chopped)
