• 600 gr bliss potatoes (red)
• 180 gr coarsely onions (chopped)
• 65 gr bulk breakfast sausage
• 60 ml mayonnaise
• 30 ml safflower oil
• 20 gr dill (chopped fresh)
• 2 gr parsley (chopped)
• 1 gr salt
