- 6 asparagus spears (raw)
- 4 artichoke bottoms (raw)
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 lemon

- 1,100 ml chicken stock
- 26 gr coarsely pistachio (chopped)
- 20 gr green leaf lettuce (shredded)
- some salt
Pistachio Swirl Fudge
- 65 gr coarsely pistachio (chopped)
- 14 gr sweet butter
- 2 gr vanilla
