Cucumber In Sour Cream Salad

• 2 drops of tabasco
• 120 ml sour cream
• 6 gr chives (chopped)
• 5 ml vinegar (white)
• 3 gr salt
• 2 gr dill seed
• 1 gr pepper
• 1 slice cucumber (thin sliced)

Prawn Pate

• 2 drops of tabasco
• 1 prawns
• 1 clove of garlic (crushed)
• 45 gr butter
• 45 ml cream cheese
• 16 ml sour cream
• 16 ml lemon juice
• 1 gr nutmeg
• 1 gr salt and pepper
