Using ingredient firm ripe pears

Juice Poached Pears

• 4 firm ripe pears
• 120 ml grape juice (red)
• 120 ml water
• 38 gr sugar
• 1 gr cinnamon (ground)
• 1 gr allspice (ground)

Pears Stuffed With Gorgonzola Cheese

• 4 firm ripe pears
• 1 lemon in (cut)
• 1/2 an d scoop out the seeds (lengthwise)
• 30 gr imported gorgonzola
• 18 gr butter softened (unsalted)
• 16 gr walnuts pistachio (crushed)

Spicy Pear Relish

• 3 firm ripe pears
• 3/8 teasp
• 50 gr granulated sugar
• 3 slices lemon (thick)
