Indian Keema With Ginger
- 2 green chiles (hot)
- 450 gr lamb (lean ground)
- 120 ml boiling water
- 80 gr onions (finely chopped)
- 30 ml vegetable oil
- 22 gr ginger (finely chopped)
- 12 gr coriander (chopped)
- 12 gr garlic (minced)
- 10 ml lemon juice
- 6 gr garum masala
