• 70 gr major greys chutney (minced)
• 32 gr coriander coriander sprigs for (minced fresh garnish)
• 30 ml lemon juice (fresh)
• 26 gr curry powder
• 5 ml soy sauce for the sauce
• 2 gr salt
• 1 gr cayenne

Curried Chutney Spread

• 450 ml cream cheese
• 140 gr major greys chutney
• 60 gr almonds (chopped)
• 2 gr curry powder
• 2 ml dry mustard
