German Potato Soup

• 2 carrots (peeled)
• 1 bacon (cooked)
• 1 onion (chopped)
• 1 leek trimmed
• 1 bay leaf
• 1/2 caraway seed
• 950 ml beef broth
• 290 gr potatoes washed
• 140 gr cabbage (chopped)
• 120 ml sour cream
