- 10 ml honey
- 5 ml wine vinegar (red)
- 2 gr parsley (chopped fresh)

- 300 gr cherry tomatoes
- 240 ml cider vinegar
- 80 ml apple juice concentrate
- 6 gr salt
- 2 gr celery seed
- 1 gr turmeric
- 1 gr allspice
- 1 gr cinnamon
