- 60 gr onions (chopped)
- 2 ml olive oil
Tuna Pesto& Pasta
- 6 1/8 ozs tuna in water (drained)
- 4 pesto
- 325 gr peas (frozen thawed)
- 325 gr twist pasta (cooked)
- 60 ml fat-free mayonnaise
- 20 gr fat-free parmesan cheese
