- 2 bay leaves
- 1 cilantro
- 3 lb beef (lean ground)
- 4 c pinto
- 16 oz tomatoes (peeled)
- 1 c onions
- 3 tb brown sugar
- 2 tb paprika
- 1 ts salt
- 1 ts garlic powder
- 1 ts cayenne pepper
- 1 ts thyme
- 1 ts cumin seed
- 1/4 ts oregano
Brown beef and drain fat. Add all ingredients and cover. Cook for 4 hours or so on medium. ----
