- 2 bay leaves
- 1 cilantro
- 1,400 gr beef (lean ground)
- 1,100 gr pinto
- 300 gr tomatoes (peeled)
- 120 gr onions
- 40 gr brown sugar
- 14 gr paprika
- 3 gr salt
- 3 gr garlic powder
- 3 gr cayenne pepper
- 2 gr thyme
- 2 gr cumin seed
- 1 gr oregano
Brown beef and drain fat. Add all ingredients and cover. Cook for 4 hours or so on medium. ----
